Often, the expectations we have of others brings us to say unkind things, we blame the other people in our lives. But instead of criticizing them 1 time, we should praise them 5 times.
Example: A woman complains because her husband does so little around the home. She is angry, and complains a lot to him, but nothing gets better, in fact it only gets worse. This leads to hurt feelings, etc.
So the women started to praise her husband.
After two weeks she said her husband had changed his ways, because praising helped him to make a big difference. Now he does more around the house because of her praise.
Task for today:
instead of criticizing someone 1 time, praise them 5 times.
