Be the observer of your thoughts today.
Write down everything which appears to you as negative, and transform them to something positive.
Challenge yourself to find reasons why the negative can be a positive. Bridge this by saying: “How good is it that…(and find a reason).”
If it’s really hard for you to find something positive, because your anger is very strong, then please remember that anger has a very negative effect on your health.
You could say: For the love of my health, I forgive… (fill the blank) or… I let it go…
